  • Yes! Most leaders begin with individual coaching and then bring the work to their team. I offer customized team coaching that fosters collaboration, reduces friction, and aligns roles based on natural strengths. That said, I always focus on the leader first and helping them understand their team’s strengths when it comes to leveling up a team’s performance.

  • I offer three ways to work together, depending on your goals and the size of your team:

    • Month-to-Month Coaching — a flexible option for leaders who want ongoing support without a long-term commitment.

    • Six-Month Partnership — designed for focused transformation, giving us time to go deep into your results, address key challenges, and create lasting systems of strength.

    • Annual Team Package — ideal for organizations that want to invest in their leaders year-round through a mix of individual and team coaching.

  • I use a variety of tools to help you understand your unique ways of thinking, feeling, doing. While there are a lot of tools out there, I prefer to use tools that help you focus on your natural strengths and how you strive to take action in ALL parts of your life. Different tools have different goals. I believe that personality changes, and you are not meant to be put in a box. I also want to help you operate from your natural design and recognize your strengths as superpowers. I may have you and your team (if needed) take a few assessments that measure your Modus Operandi, your Strengths. and your Values.
